Cappadocia Wonders

Cappadocia is a landscape from another world, and five days among its fairy chimneys give a graduating class memories that outshine any postcard. The open-air museum of Goreme holds cave churches painted a thousand years ago, while whole cities carved down into the soft rock tell the story of the people who once hid there.

Days are spent walking the rose-coloured valleys, visiting an underground city and watching the sunset turn the rock to gold from a hilltop. For those who want it, a dawn hot-air balloon flight over the valleys is the kind of moment a class never forgets.
