Frequently Asked Questions

Booking, payments and what is included: the questions schools ask us most.

We recommend booking six to nine months before departure. Booking early gives us the best chance of securing group flights, central accommodation and the lowest per-student price, and it leaves plenty of time to collect deposits and permissions. If your dates are closer than that, get in touch anyway, we will always tell you honestly what is still possible.

Most of our graduation trips run from fifteen travellers upwards, which is the point where group pricing and free teacher places start to work in your favour. Smaller groups can absolutely be arranged, we will simply put together a tailored quote to suit the numbers you have.

Yes. We provide one free place for an accompanying teacher for every fifteen paying students, so a typical class travels with its supervising staff at no extra cost. If your school needs a higher ratio of adults for its risk assessment, let us know and we will build that into the quote.

Yes. Every itinerary is a starting point, not a fixed menu. You can swap activities, add or remove nights, or adjust the destination up to eight weeks before departure. Tell us what your class wants and we will build the trip around it.

Let us know when you book and we will take care of it. We pass dietary requirements to hotels and restaurants in advance, and our guides carry each group's medical and emergency details. For students who need medication or extra support, we plan around their needs discreetly.

We do. Along with your quote we provide a written itinerary, an overview of what is included and the insurance details your school needs for its risk assessment. If you need parental consent templates or a letter for the school office, just ask.

Benefits & What We Do

How we plan, price and support every graduation trip from first enquiry to arrival home.

Every quote covers return travel by flight or coach, accommodation, daily breakfast, all guided activities on the itinerary and twenty-four hour support on the ground. We tell you clearly what is and is not included before you commit, so there are no surprises for you or for parents. Optional extras such as upgraded insurance or additional excursions can be added on request.

A deposit of twenty-five percent confirms your booking and locks in the price, with the balance due eight weeks before departure. We can collect payment from the school in a single invoice or set up individual student instalments through our secure system, whichever is easier for you to manage.

Yes. Basic group travel insurance is included in every trip from the day you confirm. For classes that want wider cover, or for students with specific medical needs, we can arrange extended insurance and will explain exactly what each policy does and does not cover before you decide.

Cancellations are handled according to the terms in your booking confirmation. In most cases the deposit is non-refundable, but the balance can be refunded or transferred depending on how close to departure the cancellation happens. Travel insurance may cover cancellation for medical reasons, which is one more reason we include it.

For our trips within Turkey, students do not need a passport or a visa. A valid national ID card is enough for older students, and younger travellers need an ID together with a signed parental consent form. We tell you clearly what each traveller needs once we know your group, so nobody is caught out on the day of travel.

All the transport your group needs is built into the trip. Airport transfers, travel between cities and coaches for day trips are arranged and paid for in advance. Your students never have to work out local transport or carry extra cash for it.
